What this is

Avengers Universe is an independent entertainment hub: news, a film database, a release tracker, character profiles, trailers, a timeline, and ticket discovery. It is run by fans, for readers who want the difference between "Marvel announced this" and "someone posted this" made obvious.

The editorial standard

Every claim on this site carries one of three labels, and the label is visible on the page rather than buried in a footer.

Confirmed

The studio said it, on the record. A source is cited.

Report

Credible trade reporting, not yet an announcement. A source is cited.

Rumour

Unsourced. It carries a visible warning above the article body, and it never appears in a headline as though it were fact.

This is enforced in the build, not by good intentions: an article marked Rumour without a written caveat fails the build and cannot be published. An article marked Confirmed without a source does the same.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we fix it and we log it. Every article that has been changed after publication carries an update log at the bottom showing what changed and when. We do not silently edit.

If you have spotted an error, tell us.

How this is funded

Currently: it is not. There is no advertising, no affiliate commission, and no paid placement on this site today. If that changes — and for a project this size it eventually has to — the change will be announced on this page before it happens, and any commercial relationship will be disclosed on the pages it affects.

We do not accept payment for coverage, for a rating, or for a place in a list. There is no arrangement under which a studio or a seller can buy a position here.

Where the data comes from

Film metadata and artwork come from TMDB, used under their API terms. Video is embedded from the official channel that published it and never re-hosted. Editorial writing is our own.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
